High-Precision CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder

AGE30FX comes equipped with the Built-in microvision system "monocam2", which enables automatic in-machine measurement as well as correction. At the exhibition, it will perform a live demo of drill edge regrinding with the honing process.
High-Precision CNC Micro Tool Grinder

Tool grinder for micro tools equipped with linear motors implemented on our machines for the first time. We will show you consecutive machining of ultra-small diameter long drills with flute support (option).
Inspection Machine 
Tool diameter range: Φ0.1~Φ40mm
A compact manual tool inspection machine with intuitive operation. Image recognition technology automatically recognizes the specified area and measures the dimensions. Various points of cutting tools can be measured with high accuracy.
Makino Seiki's third-generation software that covers from standard tools to special tools. This software has high expandability assuming automation, such as linkage with various external devices and data loading. This software is installed on all demonstration models, and visitors can actually operate Tool Creator® in the dedicated exhibition space.
The optional “MONITORIST®” system is on display. At the exhibition, it displays the operational status of the AGE30FX on the monitor, such as temperatures inside and outside the machine, and monocam2 bottom cutting edge measurements. Display items can be freely customized to suit the user's specific application.
