High-Precision CNC Micro Tool Grinder
Tool diameter range: Φ0.03~Φ4mm
New tool grinder for micro tools released in MECT2023. Linear motor drive system is implemented for the first time in our history. Tool diameter range is expanded up to Φ4mm by increasing max. output power of grinding spindle. Please come and see the excellent workability & visibility of new design, advanced automatic workpiece changer, and high machining stability.
High-Precision CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder
Tool diameter range: Φ3～Φ25mm
Machining demonstrations useful for both tool production & re-grinding will be presented.
- Honing process on the machine with built-in microvision system “monocam2”
- "Schedule Manager - Spec.T" which enables grinding processes on a wide variety of tools with different tool lengths (same shank diameter)
Inspection Machine
Tool diameter range: Φ0.1～Φ40mm
A compact manual tool inspection machine with intuitive operation. Image recognition technology automatically recognizes the specified area and measures the dimensions. Various points of cutting tools can be measured with high accuracy.
Grinding Wheel Presetter
Wheel Measuring Machine
High-precision measurement of grinding wheels with easy operation. The measured values can be transferred and reflected in "MSPS-Ⅱ" software dedicated for Makino Seiki's tool & cutter grinders.
