Exhibit Model
Makino Seiki's third-generation software that covers from standard tools to special tools, released in JIMTOF2024. This software has high expandability assuming automation, such as linkage with various external devices and data loading.
High-Precision CNC Micro Tool Grinder 
Tool diameter range: Φ0.03～Φ4mm
Tool grinder for micro tools equipped with linear motors implemented on our machines for the first time. We will show you consecutive machining of ultra-small diameter long drills with flute support (option).
High-Precision CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder
Tool diameter range: Φ3～Φ25mm
Fully automatic machine with grinding wheel / coolant nozzle changer and workpiece changer.
The exhibited machine is equipped with Built-in microvision system "monocam2", and shows honing demonstration of drill tip by using image recognition technology.
High-Precision CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder
Tool diameter range: Φ1～Φ10mm
A compact fully automatic machine specialized in small to medium diameter tools. The exhibited machine demonstrates oil hole phase detection process of small diameter tools by monocam2.
Inspection Machine
Tool diameter range: Φ0.1～Φ40mm
A compact manual tool inspection machine with intuitive operation. Image recognition technology automatically recognizes the specified area and measures the dimensions.
Various points of cutting tools can be measured with high accuracy.
Grinding Wheel Presetter
Wheel Measuring Machine
High-precision measurement of grinding wheels with easy operation. The measured values can be transferred and reflected in software dedicated for Makino Seiki's tool & cutter grinders.
